Fresh Car Detail Service Agreement

By booking or using Fresh Car Detailing services, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions, forming a legal agreement between you and Fresh Car Detailing, Inc (“Fresh Car Detailing”, “Contractor,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).

Customer Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle before service. Fresh Car Detailing is not liable for lost or damaged items. The Client must ensure the vehicle is in an accessible and safe location for service. Failure to meet these conditions may result in rescheduling fees or service delays. A cancellation fee may apply if access is denied

Firm Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy

More than 48 hours notice: No fee.
24-48 hours notice: $50 fee.
12-24 hours notice: 50% of service amount, up to $250 fee
Less than 12 hours notice or No call/No show: 100% of service amount, up to $250 fee.
Client not present or vehicle unavailable upon arrival: 100% of service amount, up to $250 fee.

Please Note: Fresh Car Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staffing, traffic, weather, or equipment issues. This cancellation policy also applies to gift certificate appointments. For any cancellation or missed appointment fees, the credit card on file will be charged the applicable amount

Late Arrival

Fresh Car Detailing may arrive up to 90 minutes late due to tight schedules or traffic. We appreciate your patience in such situations

Vehicle Access, Operation & Service Quality

By booking, you agree to provide Fresh Car Detailing personnel with access and keys to your vehicle to perform services, including detailing, ceramic coating, tinting, wrap, wet sanding, and other cosmetic enhancements. We strive to maintain high-quality service standards. Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of service completion. Concerns raised beyond this timeframe or refusal to participate in the final inspection will not be addressed

Accidents, Pre-Existing Conditions & Limitation Of Liability

Fresh Car Detailing will document any pre-existing damage before starting work but is not liable for such conditions. If any damage occurs while in our care, we will notify you promptly. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. Fresh Car Detailing is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Fees, Terms of Service & Payment Terms

Total Cost: The fee is set at booking. Additional charges for add-ons or extended time over 30 minutes will be discussed with you for approval.
Payment: Due upon completion via Credit Card, Debit, Zelle, or Cash. Late payments incur a 10% fee plus 0.5% daily interest until fully paid. You are responsible for Fresh Car Detailing’s collection costs, if applicable.
Extra Dirty Fee: If a job takes longer than anticipated, an extra dirty fee of $50 per additional 30 minutes may apply, subject to your approval.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not typically issued once services have been completed, as Fresh Car Detailing, Inc. strives to address any concerns during the final inspection phase. If the Client is dissatisfied with the service, they are encouraged to communicate their concerns within 24 hours of completion for potential resolution. Fresh Car Detailing, Inc. may, at its discretion, offer a re-service or partial refund for issues directly related to service quality.Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
Service Not Rendered: If Fresh Car Detailing, Inc. was unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to its own fault.
Documented Damage: If damage to the vehicle occurred during service and was documented by both parties.
Refund requests must be made in writing at freshdetailingnc@gmail.com within 24 hours of the service date. Fresh Car Detailing, Inc. reserves the right to investigate any claims before issuing a refund, and refunds will only be issued via the original payment method

Safety

Please disclose any hazardous substances in your vehicle before detailing. You assume responsibility for any health or safety risks associated with your vehicle

Insurance

Fresh Car Detailing carries liability insurance that covers damages caused by our personnel during the provision of services. This insurance does not cover any pre-existing conditions or damages, as noted during the vehicle inspection prior to service. The Client is responsible for maintaining comprehensive vehicle insurance during the term of this Agreement.

Scope of Services

Fresh Car Detailing agrees to provide the services specified in the customer's order form, which may include but are not limited to detailing, ceramic coating, tinting, vehicle wrapping, wet sanding, and other cosmetic enhancements. Any additional services requested by the client outside the scope of the initial order may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement or the services provided, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation or binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with such arbitration taking place in North Carolina. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs, except as otherwise provided by law or the arbitration award.

Forece Majeure

Fresh Car Detailing shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, acts of war, terrorism, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, either party may terminate this Agreement without penalty, and any prepaid fees will be refunded to the Client for services not yet rendered.

Feedback, Termination & Governing Law

Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on their service experience. Feedback can be sent to freshdetailingnc@gmail.com or provided in person during the final inspection. Fresh Car Detailing, Inc. values customer feedback as part of our commitment to continuous improvement. By providing feedback, you grant Fresh Car Detailing, Inc. permission to use your comments for marketing purposes, unless otherwise indicated in writing. If you have concerns about your service, please communicate them within 24 hours of the service completion. We strive to resolve any issues promptly and to your satisfaction.
By signing below, you certify that you are authorized to sign this agreement on behalf of the vehicle's legal owner and are 18+ years of age. You agree to indemnify and hold Fresh Car Detailing, Inc. harmless from any claims or damages arising from your lack of authority to enter into this agreement

Acknowledgments

We want you to be satisfied with our service. No services offered are guaranteed to completely restore your vehicle to any previous or new condition. We will try our absolute best to restore the vehicle to the best condition possible and within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise. We will conduct a final inspection together, with you, at the end of the job. If, after the final inspection and after we have left, you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern. Fresh Car Detail will not be held liable for any concerns after 24 hours of job completion or if you did not complete the final inspection with our Fresh Car Detail technician.

Providing Feedback & Photos

We ask for your feedback. Please send us an email at (freshdetailingnc@gmail.com) and let us know if there are ANY concerns – good or bad. We also carry the right at the discretion of Fresh Car Detail to use pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes and to publish on its website (www.gofreshdetailing.com) or any of our Social Media. Your personal information will not be shown in the photos.

Privacy Policy

Fresh Car Detailing respects the privacy of its clients and is committed to protecting personal information. We collect and use client information solely for the purposes of fulfilling service requests, improving customer experience, and marketing where permitted. Pictures of vehicles may be used for marketing purposes unless the Client objects in writing. We will not share, sell, or distribute client information to third parties without prior consent except as required by law.

Termination of Service

Fresh Car Detail may cancel any new or existing maintenance plans or services with clients if we experience that the customer is not the right fit for our services at the discretion of FRESH CAR DETAILING INC. Instances of service termination include: going behind our back and working directly with Fresh Car Detail employees instead of going through the company, being rude or harsh to Fresh Car Detail employees, or any other reason we determine to be worthy of service termination at our discretion.

Fresh Car Detail Changes

Fresh Car Detail reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Service Contract will be listed in this section, Fresh Car Detail does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Acknowledgments

By booking our services, you acknowledge that:
• Fresh Car Detailing does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results
• Payment is for the time and effort spent servicing your vehicle, not tied to any specific outcome
• Fresh Car Detailing's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service
• All Sales Are Final.
